Our webshop will process privacy-sensitive data or personal data. Sukrin Benelux B.V. considers careful handling of personal data of great importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed and secured by us.

In our processing, we comply with the requirements of privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that we:

• clearly specify our purposes before we process personal data, via this privacy statement;
• limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data necessary for legitimate purposes;

Handling of orders

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. For this we use your name and address, telephone number, billing address, e-mail address, payment details and IP address. We are legally obliged to do this. We keep this information for two years after your order has been completed. We keep certain customer data longer in connection with the statutory fiscal retention obligation.

We work with certain companies that may receive your personal data from us, mentioned above.

To take care of processing your order, we work together with:

• Our payment provider Mollie
• Our logistic company DPD

Posting reviews on the website

You can leave us a review. We use the necessary personal data to publish the review on the website. For this we use your name and address details and e-mail address. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information for 12 months.

Contact form and newsletter

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address details and e-mail address. We are legally obliged to do this. We will keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions. We can also train our customer service to become even better.

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe.

Your email address will be automatically added to the list of subscribers. This data will be kept until you cancel the subscription.

Statistics and profiling

We keep statistics about the use of our web store. With these statistics we improve our web store, for example to show only relevant information. We may combine your personal data to learn more about you. Of course we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, please let us know by email.

We keep statistics about the use of our webshop. Social media buttons are included in our webshop. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.
