Sweeteners (erythritol, steviol glycosides), whipping agent (glucose, coconut oil, emulsifier: lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, milk protein, stabiliser: sodium alginate), inulin (chicory root fibre), fat-reduced cocoa (15%), thickener: acetylated distarch adipate, flavourings, salt.
1. Mix the powder with 200 ml of milk (1-1.5% fat).
2. Beat on high speed with electric mixer for 3-5 minutes.
3. Leave the mousse in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
